I’m a product management leader with experience across healthcare technology, medical devices, digital health, and SaaS, and I founded CRAFTHQ as a practical project focused on helping candidates approach job applications in a more structured and intentional way.

I’ve spent over a decade working in product management across healthcare technology, medical devices, and SaaS. Much of my work has focused on building products that connect complex systems with real-world user workflows.

I’ve worked closely with engineering, clinical, and commercial teams to deliver software and device-based solutions in regulated environments, often at the intersection of product, clinical workflows, and business strategy.

My background includes areas like interoperability, connected health platforms, and data-driven product strategy. In practice, that means turning user and market needs into solutions that actually work at scale.

Building CRAFTHQ gave me a chance to apply that same product thinking to the job search process. I believe strong applications start with understanding the role, assessing fit, and making deliberate decisions about how to position your experience.
