About CRAFTHQ

CRAFTHQ helps you analyze job postings, tailor your resume strategically, and track every application in one desktop app. The goal is clarity and fit, without the noise that surrounds most job search tools.

It combines structured AI-assisted analysis with a practical workflow. Instead of generating generic resume rewrites, CRAFTHQ helps you understand what a role is really asking for, where you match, where gaps exist, and how to position your experience more effectively.

CRAFTHQ was founded by Tobias Kurzke, a product leader with experience across healthcare technology, SaaS, and digital product strategy.

How it works
  1. Turn job postings into a clearer structure by extracting the key information job seekers care about most: company context, salary range, responsibilities, and qualifications.
  2. Run a baseline fit assessment to identify strengths, weaknesses, gaps, and what to emphasize.
  3. Choose the most relevant resume variant or template for the role.
  4. Get structured resume customization guidance while keeping your own formatting and voice intact.
  5. Run a final application assessment and track applications in one place.

Resume variants

Many job seekers do not have just one resume. They may keep different versions that emphasize different strengths for different types of roles, for example individual contributor vs. people leadership, specialist vs. generalist roles, technical work vs. customer-facing roles, or different industries or domains.

CRAFTHQ supports that reality. You can provide multiple resume templates, and it uses information from all of them to assess fit. It can then recommend the best template to start from and guide you with targeted recommendations.

CRAFT

At the core of CRAFTHQ is CRAFT, the Candidate Role & Application Fit Toolkit. It analyzes roles and resumes to produce structured feedback, fit assessments, and practical suggestions you can act on.

CRAFT uses AI to assist with analysis and recommendations, but it is designed to stay grounded in the content of the job posting and your existing resume rather than inventing qualifications or experience. The goal is not to manufacture a stronger background on paper, but to help you present your real experience more clearly and more strategically.

Design principles

  • Transparency in how recommendations are generated
  • Respect for user data and privacy
